- Residential Fun
Year 4 loved their fun packed week at Whitemoor Lakes and took part in many adventurous activities. Take a look at the photos to the left of this newsfeed and on our school Twitter account.
- School Disco raises money for school
On Thursday 21st May it was the SA discos. Lots of children attended and had great fun. The discos raised an amazing £575 for school funds. Thank you to everyone who organised and supported the event.
- 2DD Inspire workshop
On Thursday 11th June it was 2DD's Inspire workshop. Parents/carers came into school to work alongside their children and be 'inspired'. They were asked, 'who wants to be an explorer?'
- Back to school
We hope that you all had an amazing half term break and are ready for lots of learning this half term.
- Year 6 SATs
Last week it was SATs week for Y6. We were so proud of them all and they all worked work extremely hard. Well done Year 6!
- Science Week
During science week, the whole of Christ Church took part in various interesting and exciting science experiments. It was great to see so many investigations taking place in all areas of science.
A wonderful week of hands on learning!
- Cake Competition
Following the launch of their design a cake competition, our catering team chose a wonderful winning recipe. Sophie in Y3 was the talented person who designed the delicious cakes that were enjoyed by staff and children on St.George's Day.
- Year 4 Easter production 'Good News'
Year 4 performed their Easter production 'Good News' on Tuesday 31st March. They were absolutely brilliant, singing and acting out the Easter story. Well done Year 4.
- Year 3 Easter Worship
On March 30th 2015, Year 3 performed their Easter worship 'Roll back the stone' in Church. It was an amazing performance and the children all sang brilliantly, including our soloists Oliver A, Oliver H and Charlie.Well done to all involved.
- Tag Rugby glory!
On Tuesday 10th March, we took a tag rugby team to play in Burntwood against other Lichfield schools. Our team did brilliantly, winning their first 3 matches to then be knocked out in the semi-finals. They all played their hearts out.
