  • Cross Country
    Well done to the girls from Year 5 and Year 6 who attended a cross country event at Whittington Primary School during the afternoon of Wednesday 10th February. You made Christ Church proud!
  • Author visit
    On Wednesday 10th February, KS2 had a visit from the author Harriet Goodwin. She talked to all of the children and then held workshops with both Year 5 classes. We were all very inspired to read following her visit!
  • Safer Internet Day
    On Tuesday 9th February it was Safer Internet Day. Each class spent time during this day discussing the importance of remaining safe whilst online. Our wonderful Digital Leaders launched the day by leading their own worship about Internet safety.
  • 'Christ Church has talent'
    On Wednesday 3rd February 14 acts performed at the Guildhall to showcase their amazing talents. There were representatives from Y1 to Y6. It was a fantastic evening! Well done to all of those involved; Christ Church really has got a lot of talent!
  • Reception Balanceability
    It has been an exciting week for Reception as they have taken part in Balanceability. This was an excellent opportunity for children to learn and gain confidence with their balance whilst on a balance bike. Well done Reception!
  • 5EP Inspire Workshop - Thursday 28th January 2016
    Thank you to all of those who attended 5EP's Inspire Workshop last week. It was great to so many of you there. We hope you enjoyed the morning in school learning with your children.
  • 5EM Inspire Workshop - Thursday 21st January
    Thank you to all of those adults who attended Mr Morris' Year 5 Inspire Workshop on Thursday, it was great to see so many of you there.
  • Talent auditions
    This Friday (15/1), auditions were held in Year groups for the forthcoming 'Christ Church has talent' show at the Guildhall on February 3rd 2016. Well done to all of those who auditioned!
  • Young Voices
    On Thursday 14th January a selection of children from Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 took part in Young Voices at the Genting Arena in Birmingham. Well done to all of those involved!
  • Happy New Year
    We hope that everyone had a super Christmas and New Year. We are looking forward to welcoming you all back to school on Monday 4th January 2016!
